ONE outdoor activity a day, alone or with the people who live in your household and only them.
To get ESSENTIAL food or medical supplies only – and as infrequently as possible and only when absolutely necessary. If possible use delivery services.
To visit someone who requires ESSENTIAL care.
To go to work but ONLY if you cannot work from home and must work.
No public gatherings of more than TWO people other than the people who live in your house. The police will disperse any gatherings and there may be fines.
